Clear Your Browser Cache

Use this guide to help users resolve display issues or load inconsistencies in Activator—often caused by outdated browser cache. Clearing the cache ensures the most recent updates and configurations are properly applied.


Instructions

Follow the steps below based on your browser:

Google Chrome (Windows/macOS)

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the browser window.

  2. Select More toolsClear browsing data...

  3. In the dialog, set Time range to All time.

  4. Check only Cached images and files (uncheck others if not required).

  5. Click Clear data.

  6. Restart the browser.

Microsoft Edge (Windows/macOS)

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Navigate to SettingsPrivacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Set Time range to All time.

  5. Select Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear now, then restart the browser.

Safari (macOS only)

  1. In the top menu bar, click SafariSettings (or Preferences in older versions).

  2. Go to the Privacy tab, then click Manage Website Data...

  3. Click Remove AllRemove Now.

  4. Close and restart Safari.
