My Content

The ‘My Content’ section of Activator is where you quickly can find and access materials you have marked as favorites or that were created by you. You find this section at the top of the left hand menu just under the ‘Create new’ button.

The section consists of 3 items: ‘Favorites’, ‘My vault cart’, and ‘My documents’.

Favorites: You can select which content you want to add to your favorites by clicking on the star on the content card. Doing so will list the content piece under the ‘My Content’ section. To remove a content piece from your favorites list, simply click the star shaped icon once more.

My vault cart: Clicking on ‘My vault cart’ lists all the documents that you currently have in your cart in Veeva Vault. The contents of the cart can be seen in both Vault and Activator. To see the content of your cart you can also go to Veeva Vault and click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the Vault page. To add additional content to your cart, find and select the relevant content in Vault and then click on the 'Add in Cart' button.

My documents: The ‘My Documents’ list presents and overview over all documents that have been created by you using the Activator platform.
