How do I check content on the iPad?

In order to test the material on the iPad, the presentation needs to be synchronised with the CRM environment. You will need a Veeva CRM account connected to the environment connected to the Vault Environment you are working. Check with your Brand team and IT stakeholders in order to get more information about sync and the right metadata to use on each project

What devices are supported for Testing material?

It's always recommended to test on the most common devices that is been currently used in the field for each sales force, in order to ensure the deliverables will display in the right size. This is particularly relevant as small objects like text can render correctly on a big screen like an iPad Pro but might be increasingly difficult to read on a normal sized iPad

With that said, any modern iPad should be capable of reviewing the material. Please notice there could be differences rendering the Activator previews on large screen iPads (Like the 12 inches iPad Pro), but these shouldn't be a problem once the content is in Veeva CRM. Because of these reasons we recommend to use normal size iPads to check content.

How do I test an Email Template?

There are different ways to test content. On Activator you can check layout for desktop and Mobiles. Veeva Vault also offers in the action button a test functionality, this time to check on several different email clients. However, the best test flow is to stage your content on the CRM environment and use this to send the template. In this way you will not only check the layout structure but also the rendering of tokens used in the content
