How to Create Email Fragments

Convert layouts into reusable email fragments in Activator. Fragments save time, keep your content consistent, and help meet compliance standards.

• Select the Layout you want to convert

• Go to Style and click on the Convert to Fragment option

• Give the Email Fragment a name and save

After conversion the Layout is replaced with a token: {{insertEmailFragments}}. This placeholder shows where the fragment(s) will appear in the final email.

• You can find linked fragments in the Content->Fragments section

• A fragment can be linked to and used in multiple emails.

Edit an existing email Fragment

• Go to Content->Fragment and hover your mouse over the Email Fragment thumbnail

• Click the cog-icon to access the Email Fragment Editor

• Edit the content and publish the changes.
