How to Insert Images

Learn how to use images in your documents.

Inserting an image

To add media, go to Content > Media located on the left.
Click the image placeholder on the layout and select your asset.

Assets from the Design System are available immediately while assets from your DAM must be imported first.

Import an Image

To import an asset click on the “Media Library” button. Use the search or filters to narrow down the results.

Images can be imported from following locations:

• From Vault or Aprimo: These are images that are hosted in your Digital Assets Management tool (DAM)

• Local: These images are uploaded locally and are only available for this one document.

• Shared: Images that are included in the Design System (DS) and can be used by any documents using the DS.
