Apple Safari

Legacy Microsoft Edge (non-Chromium)

Keeping Your Browser Up to Date
To update Google Chrome: open the menu (⋮), go to Help → About Google Chrome. The browser will check for and install any available updates.
To update Microsoft Edge: open the menu (⋯), go to Help and feedback → About Microsoft Edge. Edge will check for updates automatically.
If you are on a managed device where browser updates are controlled by your IT department, contact your IT team if you believe your browser is out of date.
Clear Your Browser Cache
Use this guide to resolve display issues or load inconsistencies in Activator. These problems are often caused by your browser serving an outdated cached version of the application. Clearing the cache forces the browser to reload the latest version of Activator.
When to do this: Clear your browser cache if you notice that recent changes are not appearing, the interface looks broken, or Activator is behaving unexpectedly after an update.

Reminder: Activator is fully supported only in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge Chromium. If you are using Safari and continue to experience issues after clearing the cache, switch to a supported browser.
