The first input (with placeholder https://) is for changing href.
When a user needs to mail somewhere, after selecting the text he/she could use the same input with values like
mailto:test@gmail.com
In case the subject needs to be predefined, the user can write mailto:test@gmail.com?subject=” Custom Subject”
