Creates a popup component for showing references
Prerequisites:

To display content in the reference popup, the file “reference.json” must be populated. There currently is no user interface for this function.

This component is activated by programming an action by using the “Add interaction” function.
Example: Creating a reference Popup
Step 1: Select the “Reference popup” from the components list. This popup will display the text from the reference.json file in the Shared Resource.
