Create a document

Create a document

Create a new document from the Dashboard and open it in the Editor (Workspace UI).

Create from the Dashboard

Steps

  1. Go to the Dashboard

  2. Click Create new

  3. Select a document type (Email, Slide, Brief, Presentation)

  4. Fill in required metadata (if prompted)

  5. Click Create to open the document in the Editor

Varies by tenant (Anthill-managed)
Available document types and required fields depend on tenant configuration.

Create Email

  1. From the Dashboard, click New Email

  2. Fill in required metadata

  3. Select a Design System (use filters to narrow down)

  4. Select a template

  5. Click Create

Next: Go to Channels → Email → Creating a new Email as a Content Editor

Create Presentation

  1. From the Dashboard, click New Presentation

  2. Fill in required metadata

  3. Select a Design System (use filters to narrow down)

  4. Click Create

Next: Go to Channels → Slides/eDetailer → Slides & eDetailer

A new Presentation starts empty. You can now either:

  • Create a new Slide inside the Presentation

  • Add existing Slides to the Presentation

Create Slide

You can create a Slide in two ways:

  • From the Dashboard

  • From inside a Presentation

Create a Slide inside a Presentation
  1. Open the Presentation

  2. Click Create new

  3. Fill in required metadata

  4. Select a Design System (use filters to narrow down)

  5. Select a template

  6. Click Create

Next: Go to Channels → Slides & eDetailer

Adding existing Slides to a Presentation

You can only add Slides to a Presentation.

  1. Open the Presentation

  2. Click Add to Presentation

  3. Select the Slides you want to add

  4. Click Add

  5. Click Publish to push the updated slide list/order to your connected repository (DAM)

Reorder Slides inside a Presentation
  1. Open the Presentation

  2. Open the Reorder tab

  3. Drag and drop Slides to change the sequence

  4. Click Publish to push the new order to your connected repository (DAM)

Create Brief

  1. From the Dashboard, click New Brief

  2. Fill in required metadata

  3. Select a Design System (use filters to narrow down)

  4. Select a template

  5. Click Create
